By accessing and using The Zellige Store website ("thezelligestore.com"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Products & Descriptions

All products sold by The Zellige Store are handcrafted by artisans in Morocco. Due to the handmade nature of our products, each piece is unique. Slight variations in size, color, pattern, and finish are inherent characteristics of handcrafted goods and are not considered defects. Product images on our website are representative and may not perfectly match the exact item you receive.

3. Pricing & Quotes

The Zellige Store operates on a quote-based pricing model. Prices are not displayed on the website. To obtain a price, you must submit a quote request through the product page. All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment

By submitting a quote request and subsequently confirming an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) described in your quote. An order is confirmed only when we send you an order confirmation via email. Payment terms will be communicated as part of the quote process.

5. No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Because our products are handcrafted and often made-to-order, we cannot accept returns. By submitting a quote request and confirming your order, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refunds policy.

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us at thezelligestore@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will assess the situation and work with you on a case-by-case basis.

6. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided as part of your quote. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping costs.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, photographs, and design — is the property of The Zellige Store and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Zellige Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fez, Morocco.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
