Shipping Information

We process orders within 2-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• Domestic (Morocco): 3-5 business days.
• Europe: 5-10 business days.
• North America: 7-14 business days.
• Rest of World: 10-20 business days.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. Fragile items like ceramics and lamps are double-boxed and protected with eco-friendly cushioning materials.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
