Shipping Information

We ship worldwide from Fez, Morocco. All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 3–7 business days, depending on the nature of the item. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Domestic (Morocco): 3–5 business days.
  • Europe: 7–14 business days.
  • North America: 10–21 business days.
  • Rest of World: 14–28 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing in your country. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Packaging & Care

Every item is hand-wrapped using traditional materials and double-boxed with eco-friendly cushioning to ensure it arrives safely. Fragile items such as ceramics, zellige, and lamps receive extra protective layering.

All Sales Are Final — No Refunds or Exchanges

All purchases from The Zellige Store are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Our products are handcrafted by master artisans and are often made-to-order. Each piece is unique, with natural variations in color, size, and pattern that are characteristic of authentic handmade craftsmanship. These variations are not considered defects.

By submitting a quote request and confirming your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All sales are final and non-refundable.
  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
  • Natural handmade variations are not grounds for complaint.
  • You have reviewed and accepted our Terms of Service.

Damaged in Transit

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include clear photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will review each case individually and determine the best course of action.
